“ Excellent Cuban sandwich, with mouth watering smoked pork. Lots of beer choices, and they had Hacker Pschorr Octoberfest beer on tap! Good service and every one very friendly. You can walk outside and talk to the folks smoking the meats. So you know what you are eating. The place is also newly remodeled with a back room. You have to try this place! ”
“ I told them I'm selling my Big Green Egg because hands down I'll never make a BBQ as good and as affordable as Porky's. Best BBQ and vibe in da'Burgh. I will say even better than what I had in Fort Worth, Texas. Next time I'm doing a cook out I'm having Porky's cater. The end. The Fried Green Tomatoes were awesome. The batter was like KFC's original recipe skin. ”

Maybe it doesn’t have great parking or tons of seating, but if you’re looking for something tasty, unique and worth the money, Porkys is it. I had the brisket, pork and smoked wings. “ Honestly, it was a nice place to relax. Bar was clean and decorated to catch your eye. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Nice dinning area to watch tv and eat. Food was good at a reasonable price. The bartender made me delicious mimosas! Nice hometown bar and grill. My only complaint is the lack of parking but that is not the establishment's fault. I can definitely see me stopping in again! ”
“ Porky's is a hidden gem in PGH. The BBQ is fantastic. The smoked wings are some of the best I've ever had and the atmosphere is exactly what you're looking for in a relaxed yinzers bar. It's a great spot to watch sports and the staff is very accommodating to most requests. ”
“ The food was killer! We each got smoked brisket and pulled chicken platters with Mac and cheese and Lobster Bisque soup . Honestly a couple could share a platter and each have a side and probably still have leftovers. Will be a return customer for sure! ”
“ We had the smoked wings, brisket, brisket chili, cheese steak sandwich and chicken tenders. The food is amazing. Cooked well and full of flavor. Even the sides (Mac-n-cheese, coleslaw fries and onion rings) had so much flavor. Our waitress Ashley, was great. She was friendly. She knew the menu and made great suggestions. There are 5, 4 top table by the door and 3 bar height tenors that seat 6 in the back. We sat up front because my grandson wound fall from the high tables. My only suggestion would be if they could find a way to shield customers from the cold coming from the front door while eating. Even though we ate with our coats on it was worth it. ”

It’s very rare that I go out to eat and they made my day! Thank everyone for all there hard work to make a great environment. ”
